At Juicy Lemons, we pick, pack and send our lemons with care — straight from our orchard to your door.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver New Zealand wide.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days
  
• Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location
  

During busy or seasonal periods, delivery times may vary slightly — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Freshness First

Our lemons are picked fresh to order wherever possible.

Because we’re working with seasonal produce, there may occasionally be short delays — but this ensures you receive the best quality fruit.

Delivery Notes

Please ensure:

• Someone is available to receive the order, or a safe place is provided
  

Once your order has been delivered, responsibility passes to you.

We recommend bringing your lemons inside promptly to keep them fresh.

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally happen due to:

We are not liable for delays outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Wholesale Orders

Delivery for wholesale and bulk orders may be arranged separately depending on volume and location.
